M4 Shell Adapter [STL]

M4 Shell Adapter — Minimal kit, proper DMR feel.

Lightweight shells that hold 30 BBs each for a true low-capacity DMR experience or minimalist loadouts. Compact, low-mass and tuned so you won’t notice them in your pouches.

Why this one? Reliable BB retention.
A sliding mechanical retention pin holds most BBs in place during reloads so only two drop free — far more consistent and durable than O-rings that creep or fail.

Hardware (buy locally):
• BB retention pin: Ø2 mm × 22–24 mm
• Latch pin: Ø1 mm × 10–12 mm (or ~1 mm wire)
• Latch screw: M2.5 × 16 mm
• BB tube screw: M2 × 5 mm
• Springs (2): Ø4.5 mm × 15 mm

Printing notes — tested: 0.2 mm layers, 20% infill, tighten tolerances on fit parts (±0.1 mm). PETG or PLA+ works fine; scale tolerances if your printer over/under-extrudes.
